My Year 6 Magazine Page

This is my year 6 magazine page, all of the year sixes in my class had to make one so the teachers could send a link to our blog and our magazine page to our intermediate teachers for next year. The hard part was getting all my writing down because I had to think of what I wanted to say. The easy part was finding all the pictures to put on my page. The thing that I could work on is making it look more like a real magazine and maybe add more Potatoes (the little critter next to my gif) :) Anyway I hope you like my magazine page!

My Polyline Art

This is my polyline blog post. What I found hard was doing the eyebrow for the eye. What I found easy was polylining the hair. What I think I could do next time is the nose.

My Cross Country Moment In Time.

 This is my moment in time piece of writing, the first photo is a picture of me about to go on the slippery slide at the cross country. What I found easy was finding a photo that suited my writing. What I found hard was actually writing it and choosing the right words.

My first Animation/Gif

 This is my first animation/gif it was not very easy but i tried my best and this is my finished project. The hard part was trying to find out how to make everything move, crop, and layer. The easy/fun part was watching my animation/gif. I hope you like my new blog post. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Cybersmart progect

Today I worked on sisomo.

I learnt that I learnt that Sisomo is slide,  sight, & motion working together to attract the viewer's attention.

I really enjoyed adding music to the slides.

I found it hard to record my voice  clearly.

I found it easy to change the way that the slides change over.

Next time I want to put in different music.

Smart Surfing

Today I worked on Smart Surfing.

I learnt that Captian Cook landed in Gisborne on the 6 of of october 1796.

I found it hard to find this on just the explorer button.

I found it easy to answer the questions on the fun for fast finishers slide.

My writing plastic should be banned

This is my writing, I wrote about why plastic should be banned this a persuasive piece. I researched about it online at Wikipedia and other fact sites the hard part was putting the facts into my own words and organising them into paragraphs. this helped me improve with my writing because it took such a long time and now I am very experienced with writing persuasive pieces, I liked learning about how plastic pollutes our world.

Profile

My name is Savannah. I live with my little brother and mum. I like playing netball, I like to do Art and craft. I live in Gisborne New Zealand. I am an animal lover and my goal is to help and protect Animals.

My goal for this year is to get to Stage six in maths and be able to move to being a self directed learner. Right now I am an independent learner.

I am looking forward to  EOTC week (education outside the classroom) this year. I admire people that protect animals and this inspires me to look after animals as well.
